The initial banner provides equally direct Accept and Reject actions. Your preference is kept for up to six months. Selecting Cookie settings later lets you change it. If you withdraw after accepting, the page reloads to stop the optional services and removes recognised first-party analytics cookies where technically possible.
Your GDPR rights
- Access: ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete data where the legal conditions are met.
- Restriction: ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Objection: object where processing relies on legitimate interests.
- Portability: receive eligible data you supplied in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent: change your mind at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Complaint: complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
How to make a request
Email privacy@kollox.mt and describe the right you wish to exercise. To protect your information, we may request proportionate proof of identity. We normally respond within one month. A complex request or multiple requests may qualify for the extension allowed by GDPR, in which case we will explain why.
Contact the Maltese regulator
You may file a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner. You may contact the regulator directly whether or not you have first contacted us.
