Audience measurement (Matomo) and interaction/session replay (Microsoft Clarity) stay off until you choose to allow each service. You may accept one, both or neither. Rejecting does not stop you browsing the site or sending an enquiry.
Your choices on this website
| Category | Status | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Essential website storage | Always active | Maintains contact-form security, remembers your consent choice and retains the personal offer schedule described below. The offer cookie is separate from analytics. |
| Basic aggregate statistics | Independent of optional consent | Counts daily server-rendered page requests and enquiries accepted by our email server. No cookies, visitor identifiers or individual browsing histories; cached page views may be absent. |
| Matomo Analytics | Optional | Measures visits and site performance to help us improve content and usability. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Optional | Shows aggregated interaction patterns and session-replay insights to help identify usability problems. |
The initial banner provides Accept optional, Reject optional and Save my choices actions. Optional choices start unchecked. Your preference is kept for up to 180 days. Selecting Cookie settings later lets you change it. Withdrawing a previously enabled service reloads the page so it stops running. We remove recognised first-party analytics cookies where technically possible; browser settings can remove other provider storage that this website cannot access. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and browser storage
| Name / service | Use | Duration or criteria |
|---|---|---|
kolloxCookieChoice (local storage) | Remembers your separate optional-service choices, date and notice version. | 180 days in our consent logic; you can remove it through browser settings. |
kollox_session | Contact-form security session. HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure when served over HTTPS. | Browser session, subject to browser session restoration. |
kollox_offer | Remembers this browser’s personal recurring price schedule: three discounted days, followed by seven regular-price days. Contains a signed start timestamp, not your name or email. It is not used by analytics. | 180 days from creation. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. Removing it or changing browsers can start a new schedule. |
Matomo _pk_* | Optional visit/session measurement; identifiers can distinguish visits and browsers. | Cookie type and tracker configuration determine expiry. See Matomo’s cookie reference. Cookie expiry is separate from retention of server-side analytics records. |
Clarity _clck, _clsk and provider cookies | Optional browser/session identification and interaction analysis. | Type and provider settings determine expiry. See Microsoft’s cookie reference for first- and third-party cookies. |
Our basic daily request counter does not use these optional identifiers or device storage. Separate web-server logs and form anti-abuse records can still contain personal data; they are described in the Privacy Policy.
