These terms govern use of kollox.mt. A website project, support arrangement or other paid service is governed by its own proposal or contract.
1. About us
This website is operated by Kollox Ltd, company number C51783 and VAT number MT20250112, registered at Greystone, Flat 2, Sqaq San Isidoru, Mġarr, MGR1271, Malta. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Using this website
You may browse this website and use its ordinary features for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not deliberately:
- damage, overload, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
- introduce malware or use the website to distribute unlawful or harmful material;
- circumvent security, rate limits or access controls;
- use automated extraction in a way that materially disrupts the website or infringes our or another person’s rights; or
- misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent enquiries.
3. Website content and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form requests a response; it does not place an order, take payment or accept a service contract. Before you commit, we confirm the scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, content responsibilities, revisions, third-party charges and any ongoing support in writing. Website information is not a promise of traffic, rankings, revenue or inclusion in AI-generated answers.
The regular single-page price is €499 excluding 18% VAT (€588.82 including VAT); the regular website, blog and 15-article price is €899 excluding VAT (€1,060.82 including VAT). A personal recurring offer reduces these to €299 (€352.82 including VAT) and €599 (€706.82 including VAT) for three days, followed by seven days at regular prices before the offer returns. The schedule starts when this browser first loads the homepage or offer status, is remembered by an offer cookie for up to 180 days and does not reset on an ordinary return visit. Clearing or blocking cookies, or changing browser/device, can start a new schedule. The offer is not a one-off public deadline. Send a package enquiry before the displayed expiry to request that price; a successfully received enquiry records the applicable package price, subject to the agreed scope. The site accepts enquiries rather than online purchases. Extra work and recurring charges must be explained and agreed before they are incurred. Any first-year domain or hosting inclusion does not mean renewals remain free. An enquiry does not authorise unquoted extras.
Any limited-time promotion is subject to the genuine conditions and deadline stated with it. Nothing in these terms permits misleading advertising or removes mandatory rights in relation to advertised information.
We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but content may become outdated and typographical or technical errors can occur.
4. Client services
Any web design, development, ecommerce, SEO, content or support service is subject to a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between these website terms and an agreed client contract, the client contract governs the service.
The site is principally aimed at business customers. Where you contract as a consumer and mandatory distance-contract rules apply, we must provide the required pre-contract information, applicable cancellation or withdrawal information and a durable copy of the agreement. These website terms do not waive those rights. Any request to start a service during an applicable withdrawal period, and any conditions for losing a withdrawal right, must be handled through the appropriate separate process; submitting an enquiry is not such consent.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Kollox Ltd or its licensors own the website’s design, text, graphics, branding, software and other content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal reference. You may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission, except where law permits.
Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp or use optional providers after cookie consent. We do not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information before using its service.
7. Availability and security
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You are responsible for using an up-to-date browser and taking reasonable security precautions.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kollox Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory rights available to consumers.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Our GDPR & Cookie Choices page explains your rights and how to accept, reject or withdraw consent for optional services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a separate signed client agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Maltese law. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or posted to Kollox Ltd at the address above.
For a complaint, describe the service or website issue and the outcome you seek. We will review it and explain the next step. Where a consumer dispute is eligible, information about Malta’s alternative dispute resolution process is available from the MCCAA ADR service. This link does not state that we belong to a particular ADR scheme or that every dispute falls within its scope.
